Tom is a chartered accountant and a former founding director of an international charity. He currently works for one of the UK's largest accountancy firms, advising some of the UK's leading universities and charities.

Tom is delighted to have been selected as the PPC for South West Devon - the constituency is his home and he grew up in the local area before leaving to study at Oxford University and then working abroad and in London.

Locally, Tom campaigns on the key issues facing the local communities – the need to provide affordable housing, for increased support for childcare, raising the tax free allowance for hundreds of local individuals and families and the much needed improvements in the local infrastructure – not least of all to the main railway line at Dawlish.

In his spare time, Tom is a Trustee of Plymouth Citizens Advice Bureau as well as a keen sailor and outdoors enthusiast.
