Charlie has been involved with the Hammersmith Conservatives for a decade and is a local councillor for Ravenscourt Park Ward. He works for UK Sport, which is the organisation responsible for delivering British Olympic and Paralympic success.

Charlie was previously a sports journalist covering football, rugby union and horse racing and has worked for a global public relations agency, representing clients such as Bacardi, 3M and the Royal British Legion.

Charlie chairs the Council’s Task Group studying the benefits of the Pupil Premium for local school children and takes a close interest in building more engagement between local residents and the police. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing both football and cricket.
