Francis Oppler
Bognor Regis & Littlehampton
An experienced campaigner and Councillor in Bognor Regis & Littlehampton, Francis has lived in the constituency all his life.
First elected as a Councillor in 1989, Francis has been a District Councillor for nearly twenty years and is currently leader of the opposition at Arun. He is also a County Councillor and has served as Mayor of Bognor Regis on two occasions.
Francis feels that the people of Littlehampton and Bognor Regis have been badly treated by the Conservative controlled Arun District Council and is therefore fighting for a fairer society so that everyone can get on in life.
