If you vote for me, I promise to put the people of our constituency first.

I’m North Derbyshire through-and-through. Born in the old Scarsdale Hospital and brought up in Hasland, I've seen how much our area has changed over the last thirty years. At the same time, I also know the work that needs to be done to make North East Derbyshire even better.

As your MP, I’ll pledge to:

Stand up for jobs and enterprise – by working with businesses to attract private sector investment and get more local people into work
Focus on the issues that matter in our area – by fighting to keep council tax low; ensuring we get value for money from local services; and helping secure a welfare system that rewards work and delivers for those who play by the rules
Speak up for all parts of the community: suburban and rural, old and young, those without a voice – I’ll be a champion for everyone
